Axel has over 20 years of experience in technology investment banking and M&A advisory in Palo Alto and London, most recently as Managing Director at Stella EOC (now part of Houlihan Lokey), one of Europe's largest media and technology investment banking boutiques and Citigroup's M&A and technology investment banking division. Former Head of Europe for Belstar, a U.S. based $2 billion hedge fund. Throughout his career, Axel has advised on M&A transactions with combined transaction values in excess of $3 billion as well as over $2 billion in debt and equity issuances for corporate clients and financial sponsors.

Will Archer Arentz
Chief Technology Officer
Will is a technology and research veteran with over 20 years of experience. He previously served as Executive and Head of Research at Rakuten Group, leading a 250+ team of scientists across three continents. His team's efforts in E-commerce, Logistics, Media, and FinTech consistently improved business by over ¥20 billion annually.
In a major project, Will oversaw the development of an autonomous, zero-emission shipping vessel, encompassing ship design, business development, and legislative negotiations. As a strategic advisor, he has guided industry leaders on tech development, organization building, and market strategies.
Currently, Will is at the helm of developing a Data Enrichment Platform as well as a Fuel Optimization and Reporting system for ships at Orbify. A Ph.D. holder, Will has worked as a researcher at NTNU and Tokyo University, and is committed to bridging together theory and application.
Anders Holte

Anders is a very experienced technical executive. His previous role was CEO of Strategy Orchestrator. Prior, Anders has also led BWise Applications and Crosscode AS. He has had senior technical roles in Autonomy, FAST Search & Transfer and Microsoft, and started his career as a developer. He has also had a recent assignment as Solution Architect for Cognite.

Thanh Nguyen
Chief Marketing Officer
Thanh is an experienced leader with more than 15 years of experience from companies such as Orkla, Accenture and TietoEvry.
Her main expertise is in business development, strategic marketing and organizational development. Thanh has led major digital transformation projects focusing on process optimization, change management, as well as marketing and communications, for private companies and in the public sector.
Thanh holds a Master of Science in International Marketing and Leadership from Nanyang University and BI Norwegian Business School. She has also published articles in the Journal of Knowledge Management in the field of change management and knowledge transfer.

Jan-Olav has had leading roles in the IT industry since the early 80s. He has been CEO of SAS Institute Norway, Vice President of SAS Institute EMEA, co-founder and partner in Fornebu Consulting AS, CIO and CFO at AS Vinmonopolet, member of Statens Digitaliseringsråd since 2016 and runs his own consulting company. Kjetil is a former PwC partner and also has significant experience oil & gas, industrials and manufacturing in leading roles as CFO, board member and CEO. Kjetil played a central role in the restructuring of NOV business units and associated change management. Strong delivery experience in the oil service sector based on improving processes and value chain. Experience with sales, tendering, engineering, SCM, manufacturing, project management, risk reporting, after sales and PLM processes.

In 1997, he co-founded Fast Search & Transfer (FAST), where he served as CTO until 2001, then as CEO through Microsoft’s acquisition of the company in 2008. He held the position of Corporate Vice President of Enterprise Search at Microsoft until 2009. Peter Løvaas was announced as the new CEO at Arctic Securities early summer 2022 and worked there from late summer 2022 to early spring 2023. Prior to working at Arctic Securities, Peter worked at SEB close to 10 years in various roles, Head of Markets Norway (7 years), Deputy Head of Markets global (3 years) and Head of Investment Banking & Markets Norway (2 years).
