Former Head of Europe for Belstar, a U.S. based $2 billion hedge fund. Throughout his career, Axel has advised on M&A transactions with combined transaction values in excess of $3 billion as well as over $2 billion in debt and equity issuances for corporate clients and financial sponsors.

Deep network of experienced and proven sales partners in key geographies in Europe, U.S and Asia across verticals such as oil & gas, telcos, manufacturing, media and e-commerce. Hands-on executive with a successful international track record. Previously CEO of three international enterprise software and cyber security companies. Former VP of sales, EMEA and Director, worldwide partners for digital marketing for Microsoft. MD of Apple’s software subsidiary Claris in Europe. Actively leading sales, marketing and business development, cross-border teams and organizations. Successfully executed challenging management projects and driven operational excellence in mid-size businesses. Experience from C-suite, Board and senior management in private and public companies and from successful M&A activities including integration. Øyvind has led several international start-ups, and worked as a management consultant within communications, change and growth.

Anders is a very experienced technical executive. His previous role was CEO of Strategy Orchestrator. Prior, Anders has also led BWise Applications and Crosscode AS. He has had senior technical roles in Autonomy, FAST Search & Transfer and Microsoft, and started his career as a developer. He has also had a recent assignment as Solution Architect for Cognite.

Jan-Olav has had leading roles in the IT industry since the early 80s. He has been CEO of SAS Institute Norway, Vice President of SAS Institute EMEA, co-founder and partner in Fornebu Consulting AS, CIO and CFO at AS Vinmonopolet, member of Statens Digitaliseringsråd since 2016 and runs his own consulting company. Jan-Olav has broad experience in board work, both as board member and chairman of the board. Jan-Olav is a working board member at Orbify.AI
Kjetil is a former PwC partner and also has significant experience oil & gas, industrials and manufacturing in leading roles as CFO, board member and CEO. Kjetil played a central role in the restructuring of NOV business units and associated change management. Strong delivery experience in the oil service sector based on improving processes and value chain. Experience with sales, tendering, engineering, SCM, manufacturing, project management, risk reporting, after sales and PLM processes.

Dr. John M Lervik
John Markus is CEO and co-founder of Cognite.
He is one of Norway’s best-known tech entrepreneurs. In 1997, he co-founded Fast Search & Transfer (FAST), where he served as CTO until 2001, then as CEO through Microsoft’s acquisition of the company in 2008. He held the position of Corporate Vice President of Enterprise Search at Microsoft until 2009. In 2010, John Markus founded Cxense ASA, a software company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in 2014, and later acquired by Piano. He holds and MSc from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH), and a PhD from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), where he was the awarded the Esso prize for best overall PhD in 1996/97
Truls P. Berg
Truls has long experience in setting up and making IT companies successful. He is currently chairman of Nasjonalt Innovasjonsråd, founder and leader of Open Innovation Lab Norway, founder and managing partner of Digital Insight AS, Innovate AS and Inspirator AS. He is the former chairman of the Norwegian Computer Society. Truls has strong entrepreneurial skills and a well-developed business network, both in Norway and internationally.
Scott is an American investor and serial entrepreneur in the technology and automotive industries. Scott currently runs NXCR, a vehicle subscription startup that makes mobility flexible, affordable and fully digital. Scott previously founded and served as the CEO of Fair, Inc., TrueCar, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRUE, a negotiation-free car buying platform and analysis company). Prior to TrueCar, he was the founder and CEO of CarsDirect.com, an online automotive research portal and car-buying service that introduced upfront pricing to auto retail. He has advised and invested in a number of technology and automotive businesses, including early investor in Tesla.
