Orbify Solutions

Supplier of complex solutions composed of products and services from other companies in the Orbify group and their partners.

Orbify Solutions AS has been established to have one company that coordinates and ensures interaction between the Orbify.AI group's proprietary products (located in Orbify.Technology AS) and operational services, consulting services and 3rd party products located in Orbify.Services AS. This simplifies both contractual and delivery conditions.

Orbify.Solutions AS is 100% owned by Orbify.AI AS and owns 100% of Orbify.Technology AS and Orbify.Services AS.

Enterprise Service Management

While IT Service Management is about all the activities involved in delivering an IT service, Enterprise Service Management (ESM) is about the entire business, not just the IT area.
In ESM implementations, the structured methods and tools from ITSM are used in other business areas to ensure a more holistic service flow. HR, call centers, payroll, purchasing, access control - and so on. It could be a manager who "orders" the on-boarding of a new employee, reporting technical problems with the office environment, purchasing office equipment and countless other orders and inquiries.

To handle such processes, you need good tools and this is where Service Management applications come into the picture. Such applications must combine the flexibility to handle "all the world's" different processes with a simple portal (and mobile app) for end users.

Creating Value through AI

Artificial Intelligence is a set of technologies that have multiple uses - in private enterprices and public institutions. At Orbify.AI we focus on creating corporate and end-user value through the application of AI to a range of different needs - from customer service to ship navigation, based on our experiences and a sophisticated Data Enrichment Platform that we have developed.

Management by Objectives - at Strategic and Tactical levels

Both public and private enterprises have a set of objectives that they manage according to. There are both strategic goals (preferably over a few years' time horizon, and which apply to the entire enterprise. And tactical goals, which have a shorter horizon and apply to only part of the enterprise - a division, a department or a team.

Regardless, the goals must be formulated, achievement measured and activities and tasks carried out. In addition, the goals must be coherent - there must be a common thread running from the top strategic goals through the organization to the concrete measures carried out at the lowest levels.
