Orbify Services is a provider of SaaS and consulting services that are mainly based on software from OpenText, Raynet and Orbify Technology (the Orbify.AI group's development company). Our main focus is on solutions for Service and Asset Management, and associated OpenText solutions for operations and monitoring for servers, networks and applications.
Our SaaS services are delivered from a data center in Norway to customers in multiple countries with a focus on the Nordic region. By processing and storing all data in-country, we ensure digital sovereignty for our customers.
Orbify Services customers are in many verticals, with heavy emphasis on demanding clients in the health services and public sectors.
OpenText Service Management (SMAX)
Our powerful service management solution from Opentext is powered by advanced artificial intelligence (AI), and is ranked among the top three solutions globally. The solution is cloud-based (SaaS) and has an intuitive design - a modern Enterprise Service Management solution, which is scalable and supports everything from small and medium-sized to very large businesses.
SMAX enables the automation of organizational processes and offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface that streamlines operational processes and improves productivity. The solution has integrated artificial intelligence to deliver an intelligent system for handling inquiries and orders. The solution is easily customized to customer needs, without programming.

OpenText Configuration Management and Discovery
OpenText Discovery collects information from all standard operating systems, applications, network and storage devices, including cloud and virtualization platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, VMWare, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Nutanix. OpenText Discovery can also collect information about network devices and PCs. Discovery delivers data to SMAX or other service and asset management systems via its Configuration Management Database.
Discovery can be deployed in the customer's data center or on cloud platforms, and collects data both agentless (for overview) and using agents for more detailed information, including software usage.

With Asset Management seamlessly integrated with Service Management in the form of our SMAX SaaS offering, there is no need for additional integration to achieve a complete solution - it is already there out-of-the-box!
