Data and AI Management
These products are developed by Orbify.Technology (our development company) and are AI-native solutions. They are mainly provided as SaaS solutions from Orbify.Services but can be installed as on-prem or in public cloud if there is a need for this. Consulting and customization services are available.
- Data Enrichment Platform (DEP) is a platform for ingesting, structuring, enriching and making data available for analysis, automation and AI-driven workflows, independent of what format – including graphics – that the data is in.
- SupportPilot is an AI-agent that processes customer requests and categorizes and responds to these.
- EcoNav is a solution for optimizing fuel efficiency in ship operations. EcoNav is powered by AI and historical ship data and provides real-time analysis and recommendations for improving fuel economy.
Service and Asset Management
These products are resold by Orbify and provided as SaaS services from Orbify.Services or the product developer. Some of these products may be available for on-prem or public cloud installation. Consulting and customization services are available.
- SMAX (OpenText™ Service Management) is an Enterprise Service Management solution, which includes workflow for IT and non-IT Asset Management.
- OpenText™ CMDB and Discovery is a solution for discovering all types of IT assets – on-prem or in the cloud – and makes the data available to SMAX or other Service or Asset Management solutions.
- Raynet ONE is an IT inventory and discovery solution which supports extensive security and vulnerability scanning.
IT Operations and Observability
These products are resold by Orbify and provided as SaaS services from the product developer or for on-prem or public cloud installation. Consulting and customization services are available.
- OpenText™ Network Operations Management provides centralized visibility, control, and automation across your entire network—whether physical, virtual, or software-defined.
- OpenText™ AI Operations Management is a full-stack AIOps platform that helps IT teams unify data, automate monitoring and remediation, and reduce service disruptions.
Governance and Compliance
These products are developed by Orbify.Technology (our development company). They are mainly provided as SaaS solutions from Orbify.Services but can be installed on-premises or in a public cloud if the customer has a specific requirement for this. Consulting and customization services are available through Orbify.Services.
- Strategy Orchestrator provides insight into continuously updated data and status across all departments down to the individual level, and manages goals, progress towards them and the tasks and actions required to achieve them.
- Compliance Orchestrator is a set of applications for ensuring that the organization is complaint with standards such as CSRD, NIS2 and others, including functionality for follow-up and reporting.
