OpenText Asset Management is tightly integrated with Service Management (SMAX) and is a full-fledged resource and equipment management solution that covers all relevant processes for both IT equipment, software and "non-IT" solutions from building technical equipment such as elevators and air conditioning to industrial machinery and transformers.
